いつもはビジュアルリスニングの表記がありますが、3周目ということで表記による先入観なしに音読練習。

（この内容は実は2周目ではやられていなかったため、今回で2回目の登場です）

解説

1　Nice to meet youのNice toは「ナイスタ」とtoは「トゥー」というより「タ」と軽くいうようにするといい。

3　want you toはwant youのtとyで同化し「ウォンチュー」となり、さらにyouのあとのtoが弱いのでwant you toで「ウォンチュる」というような音になる。

8　I got your pointのpointは「的」すなわち「話の要点」ということ

10　How did you do it?は「どうやったの？」と訊くときによく使われる表現なので、このまま覚えてしまおう

Saying "I love you"が主語でis not the words I 〜が続き「“愛してる”と言うことは（I 〜）という言葉ではない」。

直訳すれば、「”愛してる”と言うことはあなたから聞きたい言葉ではない」、すなわち「あなたに“愛してる”といってほしいわけではない」

I want you not to say :　言ってほしくない。この前にIt's notが付いているので「"言ってほしくない"わけではない」という二重否定の文になっている。

it would be のitはこの後のto show〜を指している。

「愛してる」っていうのが僕がききたい言葉じゃないって言ってるのさ

More than words is all 〜　〜以下（you have to do）がallの説明をしている。「”あなたがやらなければならないこと”総て」

wouldは発音に注意。lとdは舌の位置が同じn'tがついて飲み込むような言い方。

tornはtearの過去分詞。tear - tore - torn。tear in twoで２つに引き裂く。

those wordsは“I love you"を指している。

僕に対する君の愛が本物って感じられるものだよ

「愛してる」という言葉を君から奪ってしまったら君は何というの？

そうなったら、「愛してる」ってただ言いさえすれば状況を新しくできたことでもできなくなるだろうね

解説

「should have 過去分詞」は「〜すべきだった（けどしなかった）」という過去の後悔の気持ちを表現する言い方です。

この歌詞では2回登場します。

I should have bought you flowers

花をあなたに買ってあげればよかった（けど買わなかった）

Should have given you all my hours

もっと私の時間を捧げればよかった（けどしなかった）

こうやって歌で出てくると覚えやすいですね。

なお、この投稿にもみられるように「should have 過去分詞」はもう一つ「過去の推量」の意味もあります。

もう電車は駅を出発しているはずだ。

どちらも「文法」と考えると難しく感じるかもしれませんが、歌詞や状況に合わせて覚えると親しみやすい表現のような気がします。
